Every rate included breakfast. The October 14 search returned no availability, so we checked the following Wednesday instead. The price nearly halves from late October to mid-November.

Two services make this hotel different from its old-town neighbors. The first is the pool in the garden. The hotel's pages do not give opening months; ask before you pack a swimsuit for a November trip. The second is indoor parking at €35 a day, which the hotel publishes on its services page. Very few hotels in the Centro Storico offer a space at all.

Via Santa Maria di Costantinopoli runs along the western edge of the old town, and the hotel lets you drive to its garage. Ask the hotel for the route, since the city's Via del Sole ZTL gate is just off this street, and a wrong turn in the old town means a fine.

By OpenStreetMap foot routing, the National Archaeological Museum is 8 minutes (580 m) away and Piazza del Gesu Nuovo 7 minutes (490 m). Piazza del Plebiscito and the ferries at Molo Beverello are both about 24 minutes (1.8 km). Napoli Centrale is 2.3 km (1.4 miles), about 31 minutes. Line 1's Dante and Museo stations are both a short walk.

Piazza Bellini, a few doors south, is one of the city's busiest evening squares, with bars open late. Ask for a room on the garden side if you sleep lightly. Our Centro Storico page covers noise in the area.

Take the November rate. Three nights at €197 come to €591 with breakfast. The city tax is €6 per person per night at four-star hotels since May 1, 2026, so two adults add €36, unless the rate already includes it (Kayak says its totals include estimated local taxes paid at checkout, so read the breakdown). Parking adds €105 for three days if you drive. That puts a November city break with a car at about €730 all in, which is less than two nights at the seafront five-stars.

Couples who want a quiet, characterful base within walking distance of everything in the old town, and anyone arriving by car. It is also a good pick for a museum-heavy trip, with the MANN and Cappella Sansevero both close. Compare Hotel Piazza Bellini across the street if you prefer a design hotel and do not need parking, and the Decumani if you want to be closer to Spaccanapoli itself.
