The hotel publishes its room sizes, which most small hotels do not:

• Standard double: 15 m², seven of them, each with a small private balcony over the lanes. Double or twin beds.
• Deluxe double: with a private terrace, where you can take breakfast. A third bed is possible.
• Single: 8 m², three of them, with a 140 cm bed, a balcony and a bathroom without a bidet.
• Family room: 20 m², a double in the main room and two singles on a mezzanine, up to five people.

There is a lift, a 24-hour reception and free luggage storage on arrival and departure days. Breakfast can be brought to your room at no extra charge. Small pets are welcome.

As a three-star, the city tax here is €5.50 per person per night, the rate the Comune di Napoli has charged since May 1, 2026. That is 50 cents less per person than at the four- and five-star hotels.

The Quartieri Spagnoli are dense and alive. Lanes are narrow, scooters use them in both directions, and there is street life late into the evening. The balcony rooms are the charm and also the noise: if you sleep lightly, ask for a room at the back when you book. Largo Maradona and its crowds are a few minutes' walk away.

Walk with the usual city care, especially after dark: keep your phone in your hand on the inside of the lane, not the scooter side. By OpenStreetMap foot routing, Line 1's Toledo station is 6 minutes (410 m) away, Piazza del Plebiscito 8 minutes (600 m), Piazza del Gesu Nuovo 13 minutes (1 km) and Molo Beverello 15 minutes (1.1 km). Napoli Centrale is 2.9 km (1.8 miles), around 38 minutes, so take the metro from Toledo or a taxi on arrival.

The hotel lists partner garages from 300 m away, from €30 per 24 hours. Do not try to drive into the lanes yourself.

Budget-minded couples and solo travellers who want to walk to everything, and families who can use the mezzanine room. From here the Quartieri Spagnoli walk starts at the door, the Teatro di San Carlo is a short stroll, and the ferries are close enough to walk with a day bag. It suits less well anyone who wants silence at night, a view of the bay, or a car at the door.
